The older I get, the more I realize that talk is cheap. It’s what gets done that matters, and, yes, what get measured does get done. Here are 10 proven ideas for increasing the enrollment at your Christian school. Each one has increased the enrollment of a Christian school somewhere in America by 10% or more. For all but the tiniest schools, these ideas will work for you. Pick as many as you can do well.  

You should have goals for your admissions-related personnel regarding enrollment projections for (1) new leads still coming in, (2) hot leads (had a consultation) (3) warm leads (older consultations / shadows) and (4) cold leads (old, old).
